Nightfall Lighting is a veteran- and family-owned business specializing in permanent lighting installation for homes, gardens, businesses, and seasonal displays. We proudly serve the Tri-Cities area and surrounding communities.

2. Use of Our Website
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or make purchases. All content on this website is the property of Nightfall Lighting and may not be copied, republished, or redistributed without express written permission. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

3. Quotes, Orders & Payments
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. A signed agreement and deposit are required before any work is scheduled. Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 
4. Warranties & Maintenance
Nightfall Lighting offers a limited warranty on all installations for workmanship and materials as specified in your agreement. Maintenance plans may be available upon request.
 
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations within 24hrs of your appointment may incur a service fee to cover any costs already incurred. Custom lighting products are non-refundable once ordered.
